Terms for Sellers

Presently Orgone Bay uses PayPal as it's only payment processor.
Buyers can pay with a variety of credit and debit cards as well as PayPal credit they may have.
After linking your shop to your PayPal account, you will receive funds from PayPal purchases directly into your PayPal account.
The fees for using the Orgone Bay platform will be automatically deducted.
In the case of disputes over problems with the delivery or quality of sold goods, customers will be able to file disputes directly with PayPal.

Sellers are responsible for shipping their sold items to buyers. If you’re using a shipping or fulfillment service, remember that you’re responsible for buyers’ customer service experience. By selling on Orgone Bay, you agree to:

Provide an accurate “ships from” address.

Specify your shipping costs and processing time in your listings.

Ship items promptly after they are sold. Items must be shipped no later than within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise specified in your processing time or agreed upon with the buyer through Conversations.

Comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations. For more information on international shipping using USPS, please see this Help article. For more information on international shipping using Canada Post, please see this Help article. If you are shipping to buyers in the European Union, please see this Help article on the EU Directive on Consumer Rights.

Ship to the address listed on the Orgone Bay receipt or sent to you by the buyer through an Orgone Bay Conversation.

Mark the order as shipped when you ship it, which automatically marks your order as shipped. You may only mark an order as shipped when you actually ship an order to a buyer. Your buyer will receive an Orgone Bay Shipping Notification when your order is marked as shipped.

Charge an accurate and appropriate amount for shipping.

In the unlikely event an order does not go as planned, be prepared to provide valid proof of shipping. Valid proof of shipping must show that the item was shipped to the address provided by the buyer. If a buyer does not receive their order, they may file a case against your shop via PayPal.

Sellers agree to resolve any disputes directly with a buyer or with the assistance of the dispute management and refund tools available on Orgone Bay, and in accordance with our Seller Policy and Terms of Use. In the event that a dispute is escalated to Orgone Bay's Support Team, Orgone Bay reserves the right to issue a refund to a buyer if a transaction is found to be in violation of Orgone Bay’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

In the event that a buyer submits a chargeback, Orgone Bay will respond to the credit card networks on behalf of the seller involved in the transaction; the seller agrees to provide any requested information to us within five calendar days of the request. Orgone Bay reserves the right to recoup funds associated with buyer chargebacks.
